Shopping Terms

- All goods are subject to availability.

- All orders are normally processed within 24 hours.

- Order confirmation and update is by email or telephone.

- Payments can be made by credit/debit card via a secure, encrypted server or by cheque.

- Delivery is usually within 3 working days unless otherwise stated.

- All prices displayed are in Sterling (£) and include V.A.T. at current rate.

Cheque payments

All cheques should have your name and address on the back with a valid cheque card number and be made out to AQUAKAT. Goods will be dispatched upon bank clearance of your cheque. Please print out your order form and send with your cheque to:

Tracing Orders

To trace your order please telephone sales on 07958 698582 Mon - Fri 9.30am to 5.00pm GMT.

Out of stock

Items out of stock will be placed on back order. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you no longer require these goods. Payment for these goods will not be processed until ready for dispatch by us.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day you receive your goods. They should be returned in their original condition and packaging to:

Please be aware that you are fully responsible for the cost of safe return of the goods and we recommend that the items being returned should be sent via an insured and traceable delivery system. Please email bryan.eley@aquakat.co.uk or telephone 07958 698582 during Mon to Fri 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. GMT if you wish to notify us of your order cancellation and would like assistance in how to return the goods. On receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will offer you a replacement, a credit note or full refund including the original shipping cost, whichever preferable, within 30 days of cancellation.

Complaints

If you have cause for complaint please telephone us without delay on 07958 698582 Mon to Fri 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. or email us on bryan.eley@aquakat.co.uk at anytime. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and inform you how long it will take to resolve the problem and keep you informed throughout the procedure. We will always endeavour to work quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.
